How Do I Fix It?
Uninstall the current app, then install the latest version of Antivirus One.
- Uninstall your Antivirus One app.
- Go to the App Store and search for Antivirus One.
- Click the Get button, then click Install.
- Wait for the app to finish installation, then click Open.
- Click Accept and Continue for the "Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure".
- Click Accept and Continue on the Welcome Page.
- Click Grant Access, and then click Allow for the installation to finish.
- Click Upgrade from the main console, then click the 'Already Paid? Restore' option.
Note: You must be signed in with the same Apple ID in the App Store that was used to purchase the subscription for Antivirus One.
