Getting Blank Screen When Opening a Banking Website

The Microsoft Edge browser, used with Trend Micro Pay Guard, often shows a white or blank screen when trying to open a financial website.

Why Did This Happen?

Some parts of the Pay Guard feature are outdated.

How Do I Fix It?

Delete old Trend Micro files using the Remnant File Remover Tool (known as Uninstall Tool), and then install the latest version of the app. Follow these steps::

1. Log onto your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
2. Download the Remnant File Remover Tool HERE.
3. Double-click Ti_1790_win_en_Tool_UninstallTool_hfb0002.exe to run it.
4. Click I accept the terms of the license agreement, then click Next.
5. Click Install.
6. Click OK.
7. Restart your computer.
8. Reinstall the application.
