Fix "Problem Found! Additional License key Needed" error from Cleaner One Pro

Chrome / Edge: A translation bar usually appears at the top. Click Translate . If not, right-click anywhere on the page and select Translate to [your language] .
Firefox: Install the Firefox Translations add-on, then click the translate icon in the address bar.
Safari (iPhone / iPad): Tap the aA icon in the address bar, then tap Translate Website .

Why did this happen?

Your device has already reached the maximum number of devices it can protect.
The Cleaner One Pro activation code is a one-time use code, even on the same device.

We'll provide a replacement code instead. Simply follow the steps below:

Send an email to mac_support@trendmicro.com.
Provide your serial number or activation code in the email.
Request a replacement from Technical Support.
Technical Support will verify the expiration date of your current license.
Your old serial number or activation code will be deactivated once the new license is provided.
The expiration date for the new serial number or activation code will be updated upon activation.

NOTE: It will be updated to match the same expiration date as the old serial number or activation code.
