Nothing happens when you click on Unlock Full Version in your Cleaner One Pro app on your Mac device?
Why did this happen?
You still have the old Cleaner One app installed on your device, causing interruptions with Cleaner One Pro app's functionalities and performance.
How do I fix this?
- Uninstall both Cleaner One and Cleaner One Pro.
Uninstall Cleaner One
Learn how to remove Trend Micro Cleaner One on your Mac computer if you are no longer using this product.
- Quit the Cleaner One process. Right-click the icon in the upper right corner and choose Quit.
- Open Finder then go to Applications. Right-click Cleaner One, then choose Move to Trash.
- Delete other Cleaner One files or its remnants.
- Click Go on the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder.
- Type ~/Library/Containers, then click Go.
- Look for the folder com.trendmicro.DrCleanerProPlus and move it to the Trash.
- Empty the Trash, then restart your Mac.
Uninstall Cleaner One Pro
- On the menu bar, click Cleaner One Pro icon, then select Quit.
- On the list of your Applications, find Cleaner One Pro, then select Move to Trash.
- Delete other files or its remnants.
- Click Go on the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder.
- Type ~/Library/Containers, then click Go.
- Look for these files and move it to the Trash.
- com.trendmicro.TrendCleaner
- com.trendmicro.TrendCleanerPro
- Empty your trash.
- Restart your Mac.
- After successfull uninstallation, reinstall Cleaner One Pro.
- Activate your Cleaner One Pro subscription.
- Open your Cleaner One Pro app.
- Click Unlock Full Version in the lower-left corner.
- If you have an existing subscription, click on Activate Current License.
Enter your Activation Code, Device Name, and Email Address.
