What Should I Do Next?

Allow Trend Micro VPN in the VPN configuration:

  1. Click the Apple icon and select System Preferences.
  2. Click Network in the sidebar and select VPN.
  3. Find and allow Trend Micro VPN.
  4. If you don’t see Trend Micro VPN, click Add VPN Configuration.
  5. Enter your device password to make changes.
  6. Click Configuration and choose Trend Micro VPN and click Create.
  7. Allow Trend Micro VPN.
  8. Check if you can turn on the VPN.
