How do I fix it?

  1. Go to your phone's Settings.
  2. Look for Apps, and select Trend Micro Mobile Security.
  3. Tap on Storage, and then tap on Clear Cache.
  4. Open your Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  5. In the top-right corner, tap on the 3-dots ⋮, then select Settings.
  6. Check under Account & Subscription to see if your license is shown.
