Cleaner One Pro Scan Hangs

Disable the Duplicate Files and Similar Photos scan on the application's preferences. Kindly follow the instructions below:

Open the application.
On the Menu Bar, click Cleaner One Pro.
Choose Preferences.
Go to the Smart Scan tab.
De-select Duplicate Files and Similar Photos. Doing this will not include the two features when doing a smart scan.
Close the Preferences window then try to run a smart scan again.
