Why did this happen?
Trend Micro account cannot detect the protection status of your Android device due to certain technical issues.
What should I do next?
Reactivate the application.
- Visit https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- If you've enabled Two-Factor Authentication, enter the verification code sent to your chosen method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
- Click the Licenses tab and locate your current subscription.
- Click Manage Device + and hover over the device you want to modify.
- To temporarily remove protection, click the X icon in the upper right corner of the device.
- Your action is confirmed by clicking Yes.
- Open the Mobile Security app on your device.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Set Up Account.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account to activate the application.
