To add approved websites in Trend Micro Ad Blocker for iOS, you can follow the listed steps below:

1. Open the Trend Micro Ad Blocker app on your iOS device.
2. Tap  in the top-left corner.
3. From the menu, select Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap on the Whitelist section.
5. In the top-right corner, tap the + icon to add a new website to the whitelist.
6. Enter the website's URL you wish to add, then tap Add.
7. The website is now added to the exception list and won't be blocked by Ad Blocker.
