  2. Click Fix Now.

Restart Trend Micro components

  1. Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit, then press RETURN.
  2. On the General tab, select Stop Components.

  4. Wait for 10 seconds, then click Start Components.
  5. Open Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac and click Fix Now.
  6. If issue persists, proceed on the next step.

Re-install Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac

  1. Uninstall Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac.
  2. Proceed on installing again Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac on your device.
