- Quit Trend Micro VPN.
- Open your Applications folder and drag Trend Micro VPN to the trash bin.
- Go to your computer's Library folder.
- To find it, click on the Go menu in Finder.
- Then select Go to Folder, and type ~/Library/Containers in the box that appears.
- Look for and delete these two files:
- com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP.NEExtension
- com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP.WGNEExtension
- Restart your Mac.
- Download and install a new Trend Micro VPN from the App Store.
- That's it! Trend Micro VPN should be working fine now.
