Learn in this article how you can change your computer's back up drive from your previous one to the new one.

Change Back Up Drive

  1. Go to Windows Settings.
  2. On the Search Bar, type and search for 'Back up settings'.
  3. Under Back up using File History, click "More options".
  4. Scroll down to 'Back up to a different drive', then click "Stop using drive".
  5. Go back to File History, then click "Add a drive".

    All available drives and network location will be listed, then select the specific drive you want to use.

  6. Click again "More options".
  7. Under Overview, click "Back up now" and wait for the drive to finish backing up your computer files.
