Like most apps on App Store, Trend Micro Cleaner Pro may have limited access to some files. Use Manual Delete to delete files unable to be cleaned by Trend Micro Cleaner Pro.
- Click Manual delete. The file location will open.
- Right-click the file, then select Move to Trash.
