Trend Micro link highlighting not working on Windows

The Trend Micro page rating feature does not highlight links on the search results.

Why is this happening?

Your computer may have corrupted Trend Micro update files.

To resolve the issue, delete the temporary Trend Micro files that may be causing it.

On your keyboard, press Windows + R keys at the same time to open the Run window.
Type supporttool.exe, then click OK.
When the User Account Control window appears, click Yes.
This will open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.
Select the (C) Uninstall tab.
Under Temporary Files, click 2. Delete now, then click 3. Delete now.
Restart your computer.
