The Focus feature of iPhone or iPad devices prevents any app from sending notifications. To resolve this, add Mobile Security to the allowed apps.
- Open the Settings app, then tap Focus.
- Select the Focus, then tap Apps under Allowed Notifications.
- Select Mobile Security, then tap Done.
